1:26 The Art of Epilepsy Chicago
Please join us for Hidden Truths Project 1:26 The Art of Epilepsy art exhibit/fundraiser on May 30th at the Jackson Junge Gallery, Chicago. The evening will be filled with a diverse array of art from the local and global community of artists living with epilepsy, along with live music by Mike Biederman Immediate Family, great food, and wine.
1:26 The Art of Epilepsy exhibit/ fundraiser provides a platform for young and adult artists with epilepsy to share their voices through a creative format. Now in its 9th year, The Art of Epilepsy continues to draw from the broader national and international community of individuals with epilepsy. The national exhibits allows for Hidden Truths Project to continue in its mission to engage people with epilepsy across the world, while empowering the individual to freely share their voice in a safe space, and educate the general public about the facts of epilepsy!
Proceeds from 1:26 The Art of Epilepsy will support Hidden Truths Project’s programs to improve societal consciousness about epilepsy to abolish barriers and misconstrued biases, and to educate our society on the truths of this condition. Above all, it will support our work to raise awareness about the pervasiveness of epilepsy and to improve the quality of life for those individuals with epilepsy, their families, and caregivers.
